Very unprofessional service. So much noise and talking in the background and they can't hear when speaking. Also they are overpriced, it's safer to purchase items from other stores/agents. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

They gave me a wrong spare , I took it back thn they told me to wait for 21 days so they can refund me my R1600 ... now it's more than 21days when I called them they keep on saying the money is already sent on my account. When I ask for proof of payment. They just ignore.. this is wrong

Speak to Goolam. They are helpful and generally have what you looking for. Be prepared to wait. The process can be slow so allocate enough time. Depends on how fast they find the part. Ensure it's the right part before purchasing. They have a lenghty and expensive return policy! So please ensure its the right part before leaving!
