Brought my vehicle in noise from suspension. Issue found to be a loose bolt. Bolt was tightened. Aligmnet was out after bolt tightening. Technician insisted tightening bolt at rear will not cause aligmnet issue. I asked him to loosen the bolt and i will pay him fpr his time.Technician insisted I pay r1000 for work he had done? Since when do technicians set pricing fpr work? Why would I pay you R1000 to tightening a bolt? Technician became aggressive verbally abusive and threatened to fight when called out on his incompetence and trying to con me for R1000. I see reviews singing Justin's praises however he was not around to solve my issue. I am shocked at the service I received and the technicians don't care attitude. Technician told me I can report him to whoever I want to he doesn't care. Supervisor was a bit more sensible and competent. Justin this Technician is going to chase all your clients away. I will never use your place ever again. Only reason I brought my vehicle to you is because of the reviews.best to support larger businesses like Hi Q better client service and pleasant staff. Take your money elsewhere people
