This is not it. They took my shoes on Monday and returned them Wednesday the same way they were before. No work was done here. Just kept my shoes for 3 days without even communicating that they won't do any work on them. They even offered a free clean on another pair. What about the original pair I sent to you? The Sneaker Shame is a shameful shoe CLEANING" service business"

I’ve had these converse sneakers for a year now and they look and smell brand new again! I had a piece of bubblegum stuck to the bottom of one of them too and they managed to clean it off! Highly recommend their service.

Handed five pairs of sneakers - two converse (white material) and three pairs of young boy sneakers. My sneakers were handled with absolute care. The ladies in the store are incredibly friendly and they take their time in explaining the products and the cleaning package that you’re purchasing!Would highly recommend their services!You’ll find them on the lower level of the harvest place mall ❤️

Absolutely brilliant service and people!Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the before but they were horrid, thought about throwing them away.. But they are literally brand new. We also took 2 caps, totally revived. Will definitely use again.
