They don't replace items that are broken or not working. I bought several solar lights with panels. They say supplier repair warranty only. They give you the run around citing, supplier as no stock and credit has been requested. On following up, they said come and collect, it is ready only to find that they did nothing to it. After charging the light for a couple of hours it blew up. I took it back again and they said that they need to send it back to the supplier once again. I don't believe them as these items all come from China. Another solar was not charging the light. I took it in. Same story it was not fixed. They give you the run around and refuse to refund your money. This matter needs to be reported to the Consumer body as the consumer protection act should cover us here from this evil business practice. These items were purchased 4 months ago and I'm still being given the run around. Several years ago I purchased an item that was not working, took it back for an exchange. They charge 10% handling fee, even if the product is not working. Disgusting

A great wholesaler with a wide variety of stock ranging from airtime to all types of electronics for great prices. The shelves are always stocked and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend to shop owners!

The worst place to shop. Very bad service. They treat you like you a thief even before entering the premises. I most definitely would not recommend this place. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Thid is one of my favourite places, you find the best deals and its the ideal place for people selling electronics and tools, speakers, earphones. You need to open an account and buy above a certain amount of stock, before you are allowed to buy from them to protect their clients, which i like. Also you can find a variety of led screens at good prices.

It's a great store, but I did not see I sign about opening an account before I buy there, so my time wasted at the entrance with security, however security and staff end up being very very helpful, with printing my CK documents and making a copy of my ID, so I can proceed to shop.

I have been shopping there for years. Amazing prices, but do your own research. This is a wholesaler, and it's not meant for retail shopping. On your first purchase, you are required to spend 15K, so it's meant for dealers.

Their customer service is trash they are disrespectful and rude to their customers especially at the tills. The inside stuff are also rude they have poor attitude.

We had a terrible experience. We went there with the view to open an account if we found suitable stock. We were repeatedly asked to send all our company documents to them to keep before we could look at stock, simply producing our documents was not enough they insisted on copies. Then, while in the store we were price checking online and were told not to take photos- honestly, we couldn't buy stock without checking the retail price. In the end, many items were MUCH cheaper on Bid or Buy, or marginally more expensive on Take A Lot. I can see why they discourage customers from price checking. Never again. Just to be very clear, we were looking for stock for online WHOLESALE not RETAIL.

Best place to purchase electronics, hardware...homeware....solar products in wholesale price to public....minimum purchase 1000 zar....u must have company to open an account.
