Highly disappointed with your staff at Meyersdal Nature estate. We arrived at about 7:20pm and provided the code to Rocky- he punched the code in incorrectly and on the 4th attempt he punched it in correctly. I told him I gave him the same code previously he got super rude. When asked for his name he said that he doesn’t have one so I said I will take a photo. He then went and put his umbrella in my husbands face. We then insisted on speaking to the supervisor Kennedy at about 7:30pm and both weren’t willing to provide us with names so I’m not even sure if these names are correct. You need to provide your staff with training as they are rather useless and rude.

Excellent response time, deterred a burglar and did a thorough sweep of the premises. Highly recommended.

Fox Security has very friendly support staff at their offices. The armed response team is very well equipped and their response time is excellent. They are always visible on the roads and they have their own medical response team in case of injury. They are competitively priced and well worth the expense. The company comes highly recommend.
