I do not recommend them as they want to bill you for services that you do not use and they want to claim monies from you even if you do not have an existing contract with them anymore. They are scammers

Every machine you could want! Gym operates 24 hours which is also very convenient!Not the best bathroom facilities but in terms of pure gyming it is awesome!Monthly membership fees are also extremely competitive! Good vibe and friendly people!Haven't had any problems with security/crime even with early morning, 2am, gym sessions!Protein shop inside gym along with snack bar!

Come to JHB for a funeral over the weekend had to pay R525 for 3 days for an hour just to go and practice some balls on squash court cost me my dad and sister going with me wasn't even aloud to come and sit to watch me play...

Best gym in town, multiple branches available. Clean with world class machinery as well as outdoor facilities. different equipment's and sections for all types of fitness levels. The amount of fitness, muscle and strength I've attained there has been worth the affordable prices they offer.

Staff are always friendly. Some machines are broken but they have tons of machines to use.
