I got one of their reps for a quote, and I am still waiting after two years. Despite numerous calls and promises from them that they will sort it out as soon as possible. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them.

I had several windows and a french door replaced by AluMetrix a few months ago. The work and the staff were professional, punctual and I am very happy with the installation. The quote was also the cheapest compared to others. I highly recommend them.

We had our window and door frames replaced by them a couple of years ago. Good workmanship.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.Had an order of over R30 000. When speaking to the consultant INSAAF I explained the building work being done and we were told if we doing building and making new holes for windows and doors its best if the builder installs our new windows and doors. We did not under her advisement order installation from alumetrix. When we received our doors and windows the front aluminum door after installation by our builder wouldn't even close. We emailed insaaf requesting assistance as its a brand new door which won't close and the handle which also cost R1000 + was lose. We were told because alumetrix didn't install the doors there was no warranty and that the door was perhaps not installed correctly. The builder ensured all doors and windows were installed accurately and level. After heavy rain our entire house was flooded due to the water coming in by the door again we emailed and we were told the exact same thing. All they did was offer to send someone out to come and check the door at a cost of R950. Take my advice SKIP this place don't buy from or support their business because if they trusted in their products they would give warranties no matter who installed it. They have ZERO regard for their customers. Terrible business owners and business practices

The service we received from start to finish was excellent.There workmanship was excellent and there workers worked neat and clean made me very happy so happy with my windows.There prices are very good.We highly recommend Alu Metrix.

Excellent service. The owner personally came and measured up all our windows and a security gate for our home. Professional and friendly. Got the best quote compared to ours for my desired designs and paid deposit within a day, installation was done 4 days later and took about 2 days to be installed.5/5 will definitely recommend and use again.
