Nice customer service by Kgothatso and Thabo. The store was well stocked and nice.

I bought a laptop online. Had to send it in 3 times for repairs and it is less than 1 year old. They refuse to give me a new unit even though it keeps on breaking. I will never buy something from Incredible Connection ever again. Their repair center does not have a clue what they are doing in my opinion.

I went into the store, saw the item I wanted and bought it. Service was average. Consultant was friendly and helpful but the overall experience was average.

I do not recommend , first the service is slow and second they do not take accountability . They sold me Sony headphones that within the validity period got a damage ( after explaining to them how they just clicked off my ears and broke) and they refused to even take them back to the supplier to access but rather told me to get the never version . What makes you think I would even buy from you again ? after you even failed to assist with a fault of a product I bought from you oh wait and this is after I was waiting for about 20 - 30 minutes already . Actually as I was waiting at tech support I thought let me check the reviews and I wasn’t surprised neither I’m I surprised with the service I received but I’m writing this to serve other million people disappointments .NB : before you reply me with the generic message saying sorry I should contact you so you assist , rather not cause you could have helped me when I was there

So after my horrible expired I was invited back to the store for apology and small voucher it's the thought that counts they saw it and tried rectifying it which is awesome I cannot keep credit where it is due so thank you Incredible Connection Brooklyn for changing the negative experience in to a positive one.

I had the best experience and great customer service from the team . Special thanks to KG and Jacobs .Will definitely buy from them again,the communication was on point and made me smile the whole time l was instore.Keep it up Brooklyn team.

Couldn’t find the power bank I saw online. Sigh! Not their fault that they ran out of stock but yeah!

Excellent service, the staff is professional and very neat, even during loadshedding they makes means to keep the shop running unlike other stores that close and not trade.I love the fact that they go all the way with their customer service.

They sold me a set of poor quality earphones which are so loud at the lowest setting that you can't use them. When I tried to return them they said they would charge a 15% handling fee because I had used them. I used them once and then discovered that it was a terrible product and now I effectively have to pay to return it. Doesn't make sense to me. If I use something for the first time and it turns out to be a bad product what else am I supposed to do. Next time I will go to Computer Mania, they have much better customer service
