I usually don't contribute a review if I had a negative experience at a place since it could be an anomaly but DHL Hatfield deserves the exception for bad service. Staff just did not seem interested and there were literally no customers in the store and you would think this was a favor to me nevermind the premium one pays for DHL. Wow I'm just going to leave it at that.

Drove 30km to drop off a package just to find they are not open on a Saturday although website states they open 9 to 12 on Saturdays.On Monday I went back to get quote for package to USA they wanted over R13000 for a 17.5kg box. Postnet asked just over R5800 for same box also using DHL.?????

DHL needs to relocate. The office is on a one way busy road. They have 7.5 parking (you must possess well tested driving skill to use that half parking ) spots for customers. Their offices are tiny and mostly filled with nice pictures of other DHL locations in the world. I saw the water cooler and the coffee machines but there was no cup in sight. This is 2018, customers can fill their own details. They do perform an essential service but, oh my word, they need some serious competition.

I always receive good service at this DHL and find the employees to be very helpful and kind. They do need to update their hours. Online it said they were open on Saturdays but when I drove there the security guard told us they're closed every Saturday. Just a head's up!

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience today with regards to customer service.Service was extremely slow and the attitude we received (after we were very polite) was absolutely uncalled for. We felt as if we owed them for bringing business.Will definitely not be using DHL again.

The two women working there isn't very helpful. Not interested in assisting and they have poor attitudes. It's a shame. Not recommending this Service Point to anyone.
