You guys have top notch customer service and amazing products. You and your team were remarkable. Such a great team: Kirsten, Karen & Reinhold in the office and on site when the panels were installed; Floyd the electrician and his team who worked so adeptly and Leon who single-handedly installed the geyser system. I cannot thank you enough for all the support you have offered a techno-phobe like me getting off the grid. You are saving me hundreds of rands. 1. Oct 2021 Kirsty of True Solar came highly recommended by Jacobs Well Village NPC where she rectified bad work done by a previous vendor. Kirsty was the only one of three interviews who said: The first thing you do is get your geyser converted to solar. That already saved a third of the electricity bill. She was very patient in explaining the processes and procedures to newbies in solar energy (us). We are finding huge savings on the smallest system of the three quotations we received, which seems to be good for our needs. I believe her motivation is helping the client in an honest and sincere manner rather than lining her pockets.2. Oct 2022 We had a small issue with our system. When Kirsty was unable to sort it out telephonically, as she has frequently helped us to do, she was here within two hours to personally sort it out. Her continued service delivery is excellent and without reproof.

Kirstie and the team did a solar installation for us earlier this year and I have to say it was a great service experience. In this day and age it is so common to find poor or non-existent service and substandard products, but the Solar Dynamics team proved, that there are still some gems out there!Kirstyie's customer service and knowledge of her products was outstanding - following up and guiding her team throughout the process.Her technical team was great and communicated with us throughout the process, and most importantly not missing one single deadline they committed to.Then the product - 5Kw system with 6 panels. Great system for a medium/large size home that has now proved a 60% saving on electricity month-on-month and most importantly, load-shedding-free-living. Probably my only criticism is that when the inverter is working, it is a little bit loud and therefore can be annoying in areas such as the living room.Overall, I can recommend the Solar Dynamics team and their products because we are extremely happy with the overall experience thus far.Willem - Centurion
