The last time I was there was 10 years ago when I worked in Paarden Eiland. The food was very good then and it's still very good now. I had to fetch something in Paarden Eiland today so I thought I'd try them again. The samoosas and half moons are just as good as I remember and the steak full house sandwich was absolutely delicious.

Ate steak salomie in CBD branch on Saturday....too salty. Bought 2 at time of placing order to take home. Friends could not eat them as the salt was too much. Had to throw away and VERY upset as they have been delicious in the past. Could not reach them telephonically to complain.Shaz

Halaal foods in Paarden Eiland. Had to go over the N1,, into Maitland in years gone by. AND the food is great. Ps. Does Cheese &Corn samoosas , without a curry undertone , still exist?

The vibe has changed with new owners, but the kitchen staff are the same, so the food is still really good. And well priced. Where else can you get a burger, chips and cooldrink for R40. And it's home made"

Zorina is known for years and popular and my hubby eats from them weekly, however I drove there esp from Melkbos for a lamb roti, I had 4 bones in it, 1 sinew and 1 piece of lamb, very dissapointed
