Not happy at all! I went to Clicks today to do the usual purple sticker shop, happily got all my items, paid and went home. Once home I looked at my slip and not a single one of my 3rd purple sticker items deducted of my total bill. I ended up paying over R100 more than I was supposed to! Not impressed at all. Their systems seem to do this every year.

Slowest service I've ever experienced and I will never support them again. Too many learner pharmacists at dispensary who dont communicate. I would give 0 star rating if it was an option. Kak service!

The queues at the pharmacy are the worst! I cannot understand how Clicks has been unable to improve the system over the years I’ve been going there. (Scroll down the reviews for evidence.) Too much technology, too few humans makes for a horrible experience.

Usually the experience is acceptible here, but made a purchase only to discover when arriving at home that some of ot has been removed from the packaging.Heard from other people thia happens at other pharmacies as well. For example. When you get home, 1 of the 20 Slowmag tables are removed. Packahe didnt appeared tempered with in storeBut slso found no plastic sticers on the side of the box to prevent someone from opening it.So again not specific to this pharmacy, but also happening here

Took a ticket and put in my phone nr. Got there 2 min after the getting the sms and I'd already lost my place in line. Then when I went to ask about it the pharmacist was really rude to me. Since I didn't want to aruge I just went back and grabbed another ticket. Not a good experience.

I was pleasantly suprised when i shopped here (In distaste to recent Dischem statements) to see so many complaints and such a low score at this store. I purpousfully asked leading and 2 technical questions and replies were all prompt and replied by a Team leader as such when they did not know. Selection and promotions are great, staff so very friendly the only complaunt was a noisy supervisor on Sat speking very very loud at cashier point closest to the window attempting to resolve what seemed like a staff purchase or discount with x3 behind the cash desk and about 4 on the customer side the situation was not dealt with well. Other than that well done on super layout with great stock, we shall definately be back again.

Honestly the admin at this Clicks is pathetic. Nobody can give me a simple email address for the pharmacy so I can get a script sent there. Keep getting transferred or dropped calls. When you speak to the counter staff they're all seemingly high on Xanax because they're basically asleep

I often have to go to Groote Schuur Hospital for extremely expensive chronic medication. Waiting in their hospital queue is quicker and their ticketing system more effective than Clicks Gardens. I don’t know why Clicks Pharmacies (in general) are so utterly appalling, especially queuing for OTC medicine. Clicks Gardens though takes the number 1 spot in the country for having the longest waiting time for medicine and paying, nobody answers phones, inability to prepare faxed or emailed scripts, poorest overall customer experience and customer support. Avoid Clicks Gardens at absolutely EVERY possibility.

Absolutely terrible experience at this clicks. Don't waste your time here.1. I called in advance to ask if a script was needed (as I would have had to fetch it on my way) for my new medication. The pharmacist on duty said they do indeed have stock and I do NOT need my script.2. Upon arrival, I was told that unfortunately she made a mistake and I would need to return to fetch my script.This would be understandable however my condition was time sensitive and I could not waste time. She refused to assist me despite HER mistake. Additionally, she lacked compassion and understanding. I preceded to fetch my script and returned.It does not stop here.The sister on duty was unavailable over an hr. Through all of this the second sister who is responsible for vaccinations was seeing me struggle for some time but did not offer to assist. After some time I asked her for her assistance.It continues...1. Click did not have stock of the sizes of the injections. I then had to endure two jabs instead of one.They lacked compassion, service and professionalism. I spoke to Stuart, the head pharmacists at the end to share this experience. He was understanding and apologetic. But unfortunately it was too late. Get your shop in order clicks.

My GP emailed a prescription to the pharmacy on 27 August and copied me in on the email. Yesterday morning I emailed them to ask if they could please load the prescription onto my profile and gave them my ID as well as Clicks Club details. I asked them to please get my medication ready for collection. I went yesterday afternoon and no medication is ready for pickup. No prescription is loaded to my profile. And they don't know where the prescription is. No phone call or email back to explain anything, just 30min of my day wasted. I then emailed them again with the prescription attached telling them to contact the Dr if they need anything to make it happen and that I will be collection my medication today. Let's see. But whoever is on email duty should be fired for incompetence.
