Not a good experience at all. It seems that the cleaning staff had gone on strike. The floor cleaning equipment was left in front of the counter and stayed there for the duration of my visit. No management in sight. Some members if staff were more interested in a private conversation with a visiting friend than clients. What a pity. Last visit indeed.

Burgers could be made fresh no rush needed for sitting in. So few tables, non outside, windows so high can't see out, atmosphere is like eating in a cave, really a shame it's not welcoming to sit and eat what about booths, light music good lighting, instead no sound but the yelling and laughter of staff. They are very polite and good service it's the overall experience, please improve as BK is the best.

No friendly greeting from the cashier. Had a loud conversation with a colleague while still serving us. When we decided on something else, the cashier had plenty to say to her colleagues. It felt like we inconvenienced her judging by her angry expression.

Not impressed with the service. Whent there this morning to buy a coffee and according to the staff the machine is not working.... Looked more to me that they did not want to assist.... Had to buy a soda, got the glass just to discover that some of the soda dispensers are empty. Reported this and by the time I left they still did not fill it. Pathetic service. Will never go there again.

Its a nice experience for grabbing a bite to eat, however check your change. I went in while I was in CT, i paid cash and they tend not to give you all your change

Poor service got my order wrong 3 times had to go inside and correct it 3 times was not given my nugets and a colddrink had to go back inside and asked for it staff inside was rude when i corrected their mistakes will never go back there again

Burger King intercoms notoriusly never works, most places.The location is dodgey at night and weekends, but remains safe.Food quality we had no issues with at all. Very happy and satisfied.Service could improve. We ordered a special but the lady DID NOT ask us what colddrink we would want with it. And we then got what she assumed we would want (weird thought process with no logic applied, but hey, she still smiled to mitigate).Work on it guys. I still choose you over Macdonalds.

This outlet deliverca very good service. The staff are very friendly and make you feel ar ease. The food are good and the burgers excellant and value for money. Highly recommend this outlet in Strand.Well done Burger King.

Burger King Strand N2 (Drive-thru)
Went with a friend. He recommended the bacon burger with bacon fries. It was awesome. Loved the bacon fries. Food was well prepared. The drive thru sound system was nice and clear - we could hear each other clearly, no need of repeating the order to confirm. Staff are friendly and service was good.
