I visited this establishment recently and I was left terribly disappointed with the service offered. I will never go back here nor do I recommend this establishment to anyone. It was my first time visiting and I read the google reviews which were very promising. Cheap Mani & Pedi equipment were used that actually hurts! Very disorganized and most of the equipment needed couldn't be found. I doubt the items were sanitized before use on me because items were picked up from different baskets for use. At the end, there was no shine and buff service because the buffer was lost. I expressed my disappointment about this, yet no manager addressed it. Nail and cuticle work was very very poor! They didn't calculate the bill properly and despite the terrible service offered, they attempted to bill me extra until I corrected them. Nevertheless, I paid the full amount owed, despite the terrible terrible service and left.

Had a relaxing time at the beauty lounge where I enjoyed a 90 minute massage, which included a full body massage, hot stone back massage, foot rub and a facial. Upon arrival we were greeted at the entrance and welcomed with complimentary drinks. It was really VIP treatment... It would have been 5 stars but my booking was not recorded so there was a mix up. We had to use my whatsapp messages to confirm the booking and treatments.

Enjoyed my treatment,we had a problem with payments but was sorted out in no time. They can do better with the bathroom in the massage room.
