Order NEVER delivered and very bad customer service - I ordered a shoe rack online from Urban Knot Design and Co and was promised delivery two weeks later on the 16th of March 2018. Its 1 June 2018 and I have not received the shoe rack or my deposit back. Despite numerous calls, emails and sms's that were never returned, when the Owner Linde van Noppen did eventually call me back, she promised that my deposit would be refunded which she has yet to follow through on - this was a month ago.
