Ordered at17h14. Said delivery would take 45minutes. Called to enquire about delay in delivery. Assured us food was on its way.. 19h30 called again. No reply from store. no delivery..

Customer service in south africa is non existent but this place is one of the worst I have come across which is very sad because the food is good. Where is management?? People who don't know the menu or even how the till operates are in charge???

So disappointed in Fish Aways..no effort was made in preparing our order. Everything was just thrown in a box. The rice had no salt and was undercooked. There was literally only three small pieces of calamari..I mean really!! We ordered two Good life meals and wasted R200.

Very very bad customer service, went there 6:47 (25Feb 2020) call for waiter, they didn't bother to come, waited and waited eventually someone with huge attitude assisted us, No hello nothing.. Just to find out they're closing at 8,..they burnt all the prawns in my paella, fish was hard and distasteful, the food tasted like dirty oil. We were the only customers at that time and waited for more then half and hour for our food...Because they were busy burning it. Very disappointed and disgusted... Never again
