Store owner Charmaine is out to make as much money as she can. Refuses to return any item, even gels and cleaner even though it was not opened. Will never shop there ever again after spending close to R6000 on items and refusing to refund or offer an in store credit. Now not responding to emails either. Seems the norm with this store owner as another review on Facebook stated the same.

Was made to feel very comfortable and welcome in what can be an intimidating environment for first timers and those who aren’t very brave (not that it was at all intimidating).The ladies certainly know their products (and there’s a huge range) and were able to advise me on durability, lifespan, usage and looking after the product I bought (cleaning, loadshedding, charging, etc).Overall, an exceptional five star experience and certainly worth regular visits in the future.
