MultiChoice Customer Service Center

I receive their services telephonically, ie the quickest service you ever receive. Staff professional always willing to help until late in the evening. If all call centre can be in their standard, then SA will be a 5star service,

I accompanied my colleague to Multichoice in Durban CBD.Her decoder was not working and it needed to be tested.First of all to find parking was an absolute nightmare. The street parking was full.We parked at the Royal Hotel. Which meant we needed to walk around a block to get back to Multichoice.They have a guard at the entrance. Very helpful.The reception was quite average. We were just given a number.What's good is there is enough seats in the waiting area. There's even a water dispenser. I had to help myself as I was feeling thirsty from the heat.After approximately 10 minutes our number was displayed on a screen and counter number.We were assisted by very efficient staff.I am impressed by the quality of service and efficiency.

I had lovely experience at customer service Multichoice. The queue system is very well organized. The receptionist and consultant who served me were friendly and professional.I found the remote also much cheaper compared to the price I was quoted at another shop.

I wish there was a Zero star rating ! I’ve been a loyal customer for 26 years and when calling the call Centre after 28 minutes of no joy I asked the consultant to call me back. 2 hours later I’m still waiting !!!! Pathetic !! Quick to take my subscription of over R900 a month but when I need assistance there is zero !!! Time to reconsider where I spend my hard earned money when DSTV POSTS millions in profits !!!

In and Out in few minutes great service.They know their stuff.

Staff were very unfriendly and just helped because it was a Sunday and they were at work..

Some days the ques are slow but on some they are really quick
