On 30 Dec and 13 Jan 23 i did not have fibre during loadshedding. I phone the call centre and they give me a techinal explanation about batteries in their units that could not fully charge. I have picked up that my fibre signal drops after 60 mins after loadshedding started. I would not recommend this service provider.

No use, been struggling daily for past month with unstable connection, they do not provide service if they have loadshedding. Their support team try their best, but the company is not able to provide a good stable connection

Asked about a problem I had with the internet over the course of about 3-4 months, my complaints have simply been ignored and I am now still waiting for a fix, the speed varies and is never stable, internet cuts off ramdomly just nothing at all that I can say they do well, would not recommend, rather get vox or any other isp, choosing them as an isp will only lead to dissapointment and frustration

Worst service I have ever worked with. Same excuses, same problems over and over. 6 month with them and I have a WhatsApp chat about 1km long with problem after problem. Worst is, it's the same problems over and over. Every time you ask head management to contact you you get nothing. I would not advise this service to anyone. Management does not follow and correct constant errors. Poor service indeed.

service is the best i have been with other internet suppliers but these guys are the best after sale service is noooo problem they give attention to problems almost immediatly well done guys keep up the exellent service

The best service I have ever had. They give attention to problems almost immediately, they have great product knowledge and warn me upfront when maintenance needs to be done, or when any issues arise upstream.I must mention that I run a business from home, and I have had no issues with support. Their after hours service is also quick and responsive.Keep it up.

One of the best ISP's I've dealt with. Big enough to compete with the big ISPs but small enough to care about their customers. They offer good value for money packages and I recommend them to anyone that wants reliable internet services at the best price.

Probably the most unprofessional and rude company I've ever dealt with. You'd think a company operating in Bloemfontein exclusively would be more mindful of how they treat potential customers, due to word of mouth being such a big deal here. Stay far away

poor service delivery. For 2 years bad signal. After numerous calls they tell me that it is not their problem that I get a bad signal. They are also pushing me in getting to terminate my contract. Im claiming a mere R 1550 of the R13 200 spend, for reimbursement. They want to settle on R800. They keep with their story that it is not their problem that I can't get the sercvice I paid for.
