Pinetown Radiators

These guys are a joke. They operate in the back of another shared premises. All I wanted them to do is take off my radiator tanks and reseal with new seals. The radiator starting leaking on the tanks soon afterwards and then I opened it up to see they had not put in new seals at all. They initially quoted me R 950 to do the job. When I arrived I was presented with a bill for R 1200 because they said they did 2 leak repairs. Those 2 leak repairs starting leaking before the tanks starting leaking. The repair was just a dab of glue for another R 250 that I did not authorize. After the job I was informed there was no guarantee. Pay the extra money go to Silverton not these amateurs !! I did all the hard work to take out my radiaitor which involved taking out my bumper. Thanks to these clowns I have had to do that all again.

The receptionist Nicole is super pleasant, well spoken and goes out of her way to make you a priority. She quoted us on 3 different radiators, to see what would suit our pockets.The technician Christopher, and his assistant were knowledgeable, professional and again, went out of their way to assist when we had more than just a faulty radiator. Will definitely recommend Pinetown Radiators.
