They didn't have enough clothes

There's always room for improvement

I went to the fix to get a refund for a pair of shoes that I had purchased. The lady who was assisting me (Tshegofatso) told me that she does not have money at her till, she was very rude as if I'm responsible for her having money at the till or not.This was at 14:30, since from when is that the customers problem that the cash register does not have cash? Her colleague then suggested we wait to the side so they would assist the next client and I would get the cash refund from the next customer. Once this was done she made dots using a pen on the receipt and gave it to me to sign, which I signed. She then shouted at me saying she told me to sign on the dotted line. She did not tell me that. Is she suggesting that I'm hearing impaired? This lady is incompetent and needs social skills training. Also please take care that your employees deal with their insecurities or stress in their own space and not in stores where they project them on customers. She had no right to raise her voice at me and make me feel violated in the process, nor is it my responsibility to make sure that the cash register has cash.

The sales lady who assisted me was so friendly, wish I could afford all the clothes in the store!!!

The staff was very friendly especially looking at the time I went shopping. Other than that the store was clean

I was super impressed with the range. The store exudes a funky vibe. Staff at the tills were fast and friendly... definitely my favourite FIX store!
