What a disapoinent. Had a lovely evening planned and arrived to find the booking was moved from the area we booked. What proceeded was the worst service, drinks not arriving at the table, having to ask multiple times for things and food taking almost 3 hours to get out !!!! Eventually left before the desert we had ordered even arrived at the table.

Booking was ridiculous. Anthea and Carmen ignored most of my questions and refused to book me at the time we had originally agreed without helping me understand why. So I had to move my day around to suit them, if they had apologised or at the least acknowledged they had made a mistake I would have been happy instead they were abrupt and felt a little entitled.The massage itself was really well done. Lindi and Monique are really good and made it a nice experience for us although it is by no means a 60 minute massage. We arrived 10mins early and by the time we had finished all the paperwork and started the massage I estimate we had maximum 50 minutes of a massage which I don’t personally feel is enough but they don’t offer a 90 minute (as per their menu) which I would have preferred. My sister also had a manicure and I didn’t catch the beauticians name but she also did a great job.Outside of the therapists I felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff who clearly feel that they don’t need to make it feel like you are a valued customer.2 stars is apparently “ok” according to google and despite the therapists being good, I can’t help but feel that the experience as a whole was just that, ok. Nowhere near what a venue like that should be.

Took my in-laws to dinner while they were visiting from out of town. I ordered the seafood pasta, and I was extremely disappointed with the portion size. For that amount of money (R175 at the time) I got maybe 50grams of actual pasta. I was hungry after it took maybe 60 seconds to finish it. I had to awkwardly sit and watch the rest of my party eat.Don't get me wrong, flavours were outstanding, and the amount of seafood in the dish was respectable, but the cheapest ingredient, pasta, there was just hardly any. The head chef should never have sent out that dish.Pizzas were nice though. (Family forced me to have a slice after they saw how small my meal was). Wish I could give a 4, but my personal experience was not great. 2 for flavour. Lost 2 stars for size, and another for value.

Great place with 5 star amenities. Booked a valentines half day package with my partner and had a great time. There are beautiful rooms to stay in, a restaurant with great pizza and SPA with pools for those hot days. Really a little gem of a place.

The Spa and Eatery at Silverforest are absolutely stunning and our experience was great. Super friendly staff, excellent facilities and delicious food! Add this gem to your visit bucket list!

We popped in for a quick lunch. The pizza was probably the best we have had! Proper wood fired oven with delicious toppings. Tranquil setting.Can definitely recommend.

Exquisite service and food. I was so delighted by my meal I forgot to photograph it (this is a good thing). Cannot recommend enough. Stephen and Addie were delightful and very attentive. Outdoor seating created a wonderful ambiance ❤️.
