I am so upset with alterations that was done to my new lovely jumpsuit. I am short so length of pants is often a problem for me. Firstly the stitching has left visible wholes all over the bottom so that was definitely the wrong stitching for the material and secondly the one leg is about 2cm shorter than the other leg. The item is costly and I feel that the alterations could have been done with more care. I will definitely not be using this service again.

Disaster. Completely ruined trousers after what should have been a very simple alteration (which I had have done previously at another place)Woolies location gives a false sense of security, trust and quality which seems to be completely misplaced in this case.

I took my wedding dress here to have it altered, it was made smaller, extra lining was added both to the bodice and the skirt, and the under arm section was made lower to achieve the look I wanted. I am so impressed with how it turned. It looks like a better dress than what I started with. From the service to the quality of work, I would 100% recommend the Seams Team.
