Very versatile in your shopping options, however, correct pricing of items appears to be a problem. I went to purchase the 2+1 fusion 8 cartridge pack. The system charged me over R2000 FOR THE 3 ITEMS and I could give me the cheapest 1 free. The labeling was misleading and left me in total embarrassment at the till. I was accompanied to the aisle where a gentleman and lady in charge tried to make sense of why this system could not process the items. I later left before losing my cool. It left a sour taste in my mouth although I really found the store impressive on the eye. I will go again and hopefully History won't repeat itself

More staff needed at dispensary, went there to collect my medication today and no one assisted me , waited for like 30 minutes and eventually left cause I just couldn't wait any longer.

The customer service is very poor, the exchange process is impossible they say you cannot exchange anything at all in their shop because what's listed on the receipt is everything they sell. Wanted to escalate the matter the lady wanted to write my details on a piece of paper, I was just bored, they are not professional at all. I left without any help, the most useless pharmacy I've ever seen.

One cashier and an extremely long queue. Cashiers closed while customers are waiting. Very poor show. Left my medication as I could not stand any longer. Supervisor on the Frontline did not even greet, when I left my intended purchase for returns.

First store in Mafikeng, they do try their best, occasionally staff will ask how they can assist? Friendly staff but slow at pharmacy dispensary, perhaps more staff is needed like in other malls, ie Woodlands Mall in Pta. The clinic sister is very friendly and willing to assist.

A great addition to our local shopping options. Always a wonderful experience to go and shop here. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and the location thereof in the store. Fritz is a absolute gem. Met him while he still worked at Dischem in Klerksdorp. The dispensary staff are also very nice. Always ready with a little extra friendliness and help about medicine issues.

The nurse is very rude , Don’t know how she chose to work with people and be so rude and unfriendly

This dischem, yooooh you can even die while you on the que... why is the service so slow? Is there any shortage of staff or what's happening? ESPECIALLY IN THE DISPENSARY SECTION...AOWAAA SOMETHING MUST BE DONE

The lady I spoke to over the phone to arrange for my baby's vaccination was very helpful and assisted me effectively.
