Excellent pricing.

I called 3 days ago for a quote to repair my driveway gate.... Up to now no one has contacted me.... My quest was given to one of their employees. I was given the employees number to find out when he could come out for a quote....Up to now I am still waiting to hear from him.... I guess the company doesn't need new clients. They must probably doing very well. PS apart from my gate issue I also need a new garage door and some minor renovations to my house.... Big loss in my convidence to the company and I hope some of the managers or directors read this.... Thank you C J Home Improvement....

Friendly staff...quality affordable products

Are you prepared for unfriendly service from the lady upstairs?These guys make quality goods. The workmanship is great and their pricing very fair.HOWEVER.... the lady that works upstairs in the office(left hand side) is ANYTHING but pleasant to deal with. I have been here multiple times over the years for quotations and even purchases, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I was met with the most unfriendly service from her. She does not smile, is extremely abrupt and rude and worst of all, makes you feel like they are doing you a favour by selling you the goods or providing a quotation. It's not a first time occurrence and I truly wonder how many others also receive this kind of service. We've actually chosen to now Buy their products from other companies that they supply at a higher price to avoid dealing with her. All the best if you're a customer!

The lady at the reception sound like she is still in bed and worrying her, doesn't give a good reflection of the business especially on sales. But their low/best prices and the quality measurements are so perfect!!! Always recommend CJ Home for anyone who want to improve their property.
