Placed an order for R4,500. Didn't get the order processed in 3 days. Kept making promises and did not fulfill any. Was promised to be called back in 2 minutes, still haven't been called. Ask for a quote and got it 5 days later. Definitely won't try and do business with them again.

Such friendly and helpful staff. They did a great job for me! I had a bad experience at another printer shop and was keen to try Jet Line. Jet Line is cheaper, do the job correctly and with a smile. Won't go anywhere else now for my printing and binding. Thanks again!

Always so helpful and efficient. A great team of people who always help me with whatever copying, printing, scanning, etc that I need. Jetline is conveniently situated in the Colony centre in Hillcrest with ample parking, and their services are very reasonably priced. I don't go anywhere else.

Thanks to Dayton for the excellent service today, really made everything simple and provided what I actually needed. Great to to see someone like this at Jetline Hillcrest, hope he sticks around so he can provide the service to more people. Overall a great place to make copies, print documents and do other things, they’re always very fast and efficient. But that man Dayton was very welcoming to everyone as I observed whilst sorting my things out, thanks bru. Thank you for the great service.
