We did ask about the clarity and color and source of diamond earring studs and never got the actual information, only that they work with independent companies and the diamonds are all best quality. Only afterwards I saw on the invoice that it was not the quality and color I expected as ‘best’ but already paid (my mistake). But the invoice was wrong (carat was forgotten to be filled in, amounts were wrong) so I went back to at least got this corrected. The elderly lady was rude, referred me for the correction of the invoice to my previous sales person and told me absolute non-sense about not being allowed to give me a copy of my invoice. The certificates I also only got after I asked. Overall I’m disappointed in my earrings as it’s not the quality I was told and expected and I can’t shake the feeling it’s not an honest place. As someone already said - there are better places to spend your money.

Recieved my wedding band today.The store gave it to me in a plastic bag..Shocking service to recieve a brand new wedding band from the store in a little pastic bag...Bought one from browns a while back and gave it to me in a little box.Not sure if this is normal practice. But does not make it special that's for sure

If I could give zero starts, I would. Extremely rude old white ladies as staff; absolutely condescending. Seriously would not recommend. With so many amazing jewelery stores in Cape Town, I would strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

Firstly, you don't even deserve this one star. I'm shocked at how unprofessional, rude and condescending that senile lady in your store was. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and if you're reading this I suggest you do too.Horrible service!
