Hi I run a non profit organization Breaking Barriers in Bokmakierie. We buy off cut fabric at Kolnics to make difference item proceeds go toward keeping the project sustained. I always have a struggle with the older white gentlemen and the older lady at the shop. They only give certain people preference to more than 2 boxes of fabric. This is extremely sad as I explained the purpose for buying the off cuts so many times. Today I met a lady called Loren she was absolutely a God sent. Friendly, helpful and just a blessing to deal with....so because of her my experience at Kolnics was great with first time excellent service. Non profits should not feel like they are begging for help and a bit of kindness.no

Kiya has absolutely no customer service. Lady should retire if she doesn’t want to work and assist correctly.

Not impressive with customer service and what they have to offer..Manager must learn how to keep clients happy n coming back..she could learn from Diep Rivers Branch

Will go back here - great specials on high quality linen & bedding. Also sells bathroom accessories.You can get here with public transport.
