Pride Pools International

I have had the following experience with Pride Pools International:* The pool job has taken more than three times as long as promised yet still not complete.* I was consistently lied to and shouted at by both the owner, Graham Thorne and his son, Paul Thorne.* There was no quality control on the job.* I was left with cracked mosaics, chipped tiles and a leaking pool.* There was no hand over of the pool or explanation how the salt chlorinator works.* The pool backwashes into mid air.* I have had to get another pool company in to fix their faults as they have still not arrived on site as promised.Pride pools international has appalling service with rude owners and should not be allowed to operate.Please be aware.

This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with having failed in almost every promise they made and demonstrated a spectacular level of incompetence.Promised supervision failed to supply.Promised date of completion failed to supply.Promised to use their pump to empty pool ended up using our pump.Wired the pump in contravention of electricity regulationsDamaged our pump but failed to fix damage and denied responsibility.Failed to attached backwash correctlyflooded and damaged front gardenfailed to provided Instruction manual for salt chlorinator etc etc do not deal with these people..

Appalling service! No response to any kind of communication, failure to rectify faulty installation, nobody available to explain how any of the pumps/ chlorinators work. We have spent MONTHS trying to get someone to come and look at the pool they built to no avail. Steer clear at all costs!
