I would like to start off with the positive:The owner was professional in instructing the collection of the merchandise, and swift to issue the refund.On the negative, one thing that I ordered was not as per the website spec. A garment advertised as 70% cotton was in fact 100% acrylic. The other was perfect.I found the owner to be short and defensive, but she has chosen so many beautiful things for her online store, I hope to order again.

God for bid you order the wrong size in something that is on sale with this company! I never write negative reviews but this company is such a joke in the way they deal with customers that I just had to make others aware. Caution: If something is on sale DO NOT buy it because if it doesn’t fit you won’t be able to exchange it. How ridiculous is that?? Apparently because you have a 'size guide' on the website the item should fit perfectly??Would be nice if they bothered to mention that crazy policy on the product listing page instead of hiding it deep in the T & C’s for you to go and find yourself ie. have NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED" where it's written clearly on the page

Pictures of items on website look much better than the real item. I made a purchase and the items did not fit properly so I wanted to change it for a different size only to be told that they don't exchange any items that are on sale. Now I am stuck with clothes I'll never wear. Can safely say after shopping online for many years that this was probably my worst experience.
