Excellent service. The cashiers are well trained, and they are all extremely friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The place is spotless, clean bathrooms. Wow! Wow!Wow! That's how customer service should look like. 10/10

The chicken is so bloody inside and the paties for the wrapsters and twisters is soooo dry and no more edible like it used to be. As for the cup coldrink, tasted like flavored water

Today I've ordered my food but when I arrived after 20 mins to pick up they haven't started yet with my order or well they are really slow. They didn't use any gloves while handling our food and drinks. Also my order was wrong, instead of burgers they gave us Twisters.And is it normal to only get just 2 nuggets in the 'Dunked Twisted Box with Soda Fountain Drink'????

They had no Ice-cream and it's summer. The area is small they have no space for large groups. Otherwise their service was quick and the service was good

Ordered 4 burgers 2 pops and streetwise 3. The buns was hard and dry as if it was left outside in the sun. The chicken was even worse it did not taste good and had a smell like it's a bid off. Even my dog didn't eat it. We are now waiting to see if we will spend the night on the toilet because of the chicken. And indeed foot poisoning from bad chicken.

Out of the 4 times I’ve visited this KFC, NOT ONCE was their ice cream machine working ( I’ve come to my own conclusion that they don’t even have a machine!). And then the other three times (of the 4) my order was always wrong, and after driving all the way back to the kfc to get what I paid for - the cashier/workers haven’t even apologised once for their incompetency - they were, however, just rude as if I was the one in the wrong.Rather use the other KFC in Lichtenburg CBD.
