I would like to commend Netlink Computers on their excellent customer service! I requested urgent assistance with replacing of my laptop battery after business hours, and was immediately replied by Jamal who was ready to answer any and every question and/or problem that I had. I also was very well assisted by Jamie the next day. I want to especially thank Jamal for his diligent help throughout the whole process and even answering additional questions, etc. I certainly recommend this establishment to anyone needing help with laptop parts and/or fixing.

I ordered some laptop spares online. Easy process and the communication from Netlink was awesome. Got the emails with waybill number that same afternoon with contact numbers and all the info I needed. Next morning early the courier was at my door. No doubt I will be using this company again.
