Quick service quality food friendly staff

Belgravia Road branch Saturday 14 May... I frequent the Grassy Park branch so I'll only comment on what GP does better. Service... The young lady at the counter needs to put her phone away and speak to the customer. Collected an order but paid and wasn't sure how much longer it would take. She could also do with serious training on basics of customer interactions. Food... Cheese doesn't really melt, no sundries tomatoes on the Mexican. Excluding the cheese issue, the Singaporean and Chita were good.

I love Mehanos pizza, I have been a customer since they first opened up in Athlone. Sheyda is on my speed dial and is always ready to assist. I must however state that the kebabs are not worth trying at all, bad bad bad!!! Stick to the delicious pizza!

Terrible service, over an hour wait time. Average pizza, not even worth the wait.Edit: gave them another shot and things have improved dramatically, changed from 1 star to 4 stars

Right now, I'm just disgusted by the food presented from Mehano's Athlone.Today, I decided to order some take-out from this eatery, as I have had a busy day with my toddler sick at home. I ordered, a pasta dish and a chicken kebab. I rate them 1 only because I ordered online with Mr. Delivery because the food arrived within the specified time.Firstly, the pasta was completely over spiced, you just couldn't make out what was being eaten, and the pasta was far and few few in between, dry, cold and no melted cheese!!!! The kebab was even more disappointing! 1 tiny kebab, flavorless, with a dump of baked beans on a roti/naan (couldn't make out what exactly it was!)To pay so much money, and get this as a meal was shocking!!! Eventually I ended up cooking, tried to salvage the meal, and gave it away to kids that knocked on the door for a bite to eat.Both dishes cost well over a R100. Wasted so much money.Guaranteed that I will never make this mistake again!Mehano's Athlone, please don't waste our hard earned money. I purchased thinking I made a great choice, which clearly was wrong!Disappointed and disgusted with this eatery!

Waiting time can get extreme especially when there is only person creating the orders.
