ZERO STARS! We waited over 2 and a half hours just to receive a device. The manager could not be bothered to even try speeding things up. Being a business customer with Vodacom since the inception of cellphones, I am disgusted with the lack of urgency or assistance. I will never go back here.

Went in April, 12th 2023,to sort a subscription airtime issue. Was assured all was sorted, but here I am 2 days later, and this ongoing issue still persisted.Eventually frustrated, annoyed, I contacted vodacom call centre, & agent, Flori_ Anne assisted me and resolved the issue.

I have been coming to Jonathan for about 4 years to sort out my cell problems. I visited a different Tech Zone consultant from another company about 6 months ago and only realize after coming back to him, that i could have saved myself R450 at least. I was told by the other consultant that I couldn't get my bird app back as the screen was broken. Jonathan resurrected my app and also all my photos of my grandkids that I have been saving for years!!!! I was shattered to lose these photos! He knew where the buttons were even though the screen was totally black! I am so impressed Jonathan. Well done and thank you. You have made my day.

Great service , the workers there are trained well they know what they are doing. They will try their best to fix your problem or get you what you want. The cellphone number on Google is not linked to the store though so you cannot get ahold of them over the phone.

Watch out for these scambags. I received a call today being told a whole story of oh something has been added to your contracts and your price is going up. Im reading through my statements and comparing old one and they dont reflect anything that I was told.This is not the first incident with this Vodacom store that I have had, and I find it ironic that I went to this store for my one contract cuz they only had stock and now Im having a similar story repeat itself.Ill be taking this to the Head Office

Please be aware that, although the service is good ( because its all about roping in customers) , once you have done an upgrade or signed a contract there is no turning back. They do not have the 7 day cooling period you get when you order online. Thus you will never be able to return your device if youre not happy with it even though they have no dummy models in store so you can check the device out before you make the decision. I tried , was shut down by the manager and basically told that I am stuck with the upgrade and cannot return the device the following day. To top it off the data and sim was not recieved and according to my account I am still on the old contract.My advice to everyone is ORDER ONLINE VIA VODACOM ". Service is way better and you get the option of returning the device if you are not happy with it. peace of mind is priceless.NB: please also note that this store promotes faulse advertizing

I visited the store for an upgrade on one of my numbers and was assisted by Abdullah promptly. He facilitated my upgrade in an efficient manner and was most helpful with all my questions. He shared his business number with me in case I had any issues and went so far as to message the next day to check if everything was in order. He went out of his way to then assist me with cancelling an add on to my package as well as that of another number on my account. His service is impeccable and he is most humble and helpful. Thank you.

I did an insurance claim myself telephonically. After much struggle to produce the requirements which had to be emailed, claim was declined and I was frustrated as it was not clear to me why. I then went into this store to escalate the matter and was assisted by NADEEM. This gentleman is a custodian of customer services, a super star. My issue was resolved on the same day. Thank you NADEEM
