Really disappointed with the service today. Was told no stock of one of my prescription tablets in Bloemfontein. Called another pharmacy and got my meds.

Assistents unfriendly and rude. Did not want to help. Pharmasist is always helpful but the assistants can definitely get some client skill training. Not returning to this pharmacy.

Were there a couple of times but the Cashier/ Assistant with the glasses a very rude and unpleasant person. Will rather travel 20km before buying at this Pharmacy. No Customer Care training, still needs to be in School then treats a person if you are incompatent. !!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with in 45 years. I see some reviews says they are friendly and accommodating? Yes, now and then and then suddenly they cannot look up your prescription because the computer is busy with a large order! haha. They cannot do something, as the pharmacist, according to her, is the only one there! Another haha, there were no other customers waiting! The pharmacist with 30 years of experience gives you the wrong tablets as well as the wrong strength and has a bad attitude! They cannot call a doctor to verify a prescription that they have not been able to find since 1 August? They are not allowed to!!! They promise to call you back on the Monday and Friday they still did not bother? No worries, even though they could not find your prescription they did issue 2/6 for you (accommodating?). Although you have a 6 month repeat script, they never have the full amount of tablets that you need and you always have to go back to get the rest. Unprofessional and useless! They are playing and being careless with your health! Dangerous!!!The ladies at the tills are always friendly. The cleaner is irritated if you walk where she is cleaning and there is no other way to get past her! Bad layout, bad employees, very bad pharmacy to rely on for something as important as your health.

Not very helpful and unprofessional. Two of the staff members are very rude when asked for assistants regarding medicine and clinic queries.
