Not pleased with the service I received over a period of time now since my problem/complaint has never been resolved yet I'm being invoiced and it keeps on adding up. Reported a fault with them a long time ago already and it's still not finalized. I have a issue with the technical side of the company as my problem is technical of nature. Most of the people in other departments are friendly and helpful however as said my problem is technical and still not sorted as I keep on getting false alarms on my system and my remote panic buttons don't work. One is only liable for payment for services rendered and not for failure to deliver a simple service from your armed response company.If my problem/complaint is not resolved rather urgently then I'm simply going to another company, someone I can rely on. Sorry to say but my experience over the last few weeks have broken my trust with Lynx.Very disappointed..
