I have never seen such bad service in my life .I send in query in December for double payment on my account that was made , it has been 5 months now and nobody is getting back to me . I have called and send numerous mails .They just ignore you .

Worse service ever. Our complex is down for more than 10 days. No assistance from anybody. Need the owner to contact me urgently as we can not speak to anyone. Apparently Sean Rosslee is not in the office today. Sent him an email yesterday and have not received any feedback from him. Total disgrace

Worst service ever recieved!! Wifi off for 11 days. When I phone to get feedback on what's going on they only telling me that they are waiting for stock. Mutiple times that I requested a call back regards to what's going on but haven't recieved anything.They say they are waiting for the stock from courier for 3 days without giving honest feedback.Please don't make use of them!!

Worst company to deal with in South Africa. There Service is shockingly bad.They have debited my account after cancelling. They owe me money and don't return calls or mails. It’s been two months of calling them and mailing with them. They say they will fix issue and don’t, now it’s resulted in them completely not answering and ignoring me.

Internet worked great when I first got it a few years ago, the people who work there are nice and get back to you, but I never get the speed I pay for, I’m lucky if I get half the speed I pay for. Half the time I have to hotspot my phone to watch movies. They always say I’m getting the right speed on there end, but I never do on my end. Thinking about switching to starlink!

Been battling with connectivity the whole week. Emailed the support line yesterday, responded have to sent somoene out on Monday wow. There is absolutely no back up service when needed. Running business from home and this is the service you get.

I am not one to do bad reviews for companies and local businesses but this is me frustrated with the service received from the fiber company.We have had fiber with Wifibre since February this year, can not complain about the network as it works 100%.What I can complain about is the lack of service one gets from the company. I've been struggling for weeks to get feedback regarding being double debited towards my account. I got a swift email once from a lady and when she gave me the acount holder name it was incorrect and not for me.I have emailed 4 times asking if they found my account and if the debit order could be stopped as I would rather pay EFT. And its dead silence from the department.This is honestly frustrating and you can't call them because no one in accounts answers. I have never delt with a service provider with such poor lack of communication.It's asolutely disgusting...

The initial response was good when I signed up with the ISP. but after giving a month's notice and canceling the service the debited me the following month again.After submitting multiple tickets to their accounts/support and individuals they still refuse to pay me back my money or I get told that the money will be paid tomorrow.I follow up daily with calls or support requests and each of them remains unheard or tended to.

Worst service ever - installed 1 week ago, had internet connectivity for 1 day out of an entire week!No response on improving, blamed router, changed router worked for 2 hours and once again no internet connectivity!
