Disappointed is an understatement . I've ordered ...(1) Chicken prego meal - just to receive a soaking wet roll with raw onions and chicken fillet as small as a coctail tomato.(2) bar one shake - tastes like fake chocolate(3) cheesy garlic roll - the roll was harder than the rocks at the beach.(4) a 500ml coke - a ridiculous R25 ! This is shocking .And to top it off I had to wait in the parking lot for this order . I'd rather starve then go back to nandos.

I was really disappointed with the food that I received. Very poor quality from Nandos. The Franchise should do a quality check on this branch definitely does not meet their usual standards. Besides the sauce one would never have figured it was a Nandos meal. No serviettes, condiments or cutlery received with my order.

They meet the standard Nando’s has set. The food was tasty and the location convenient for those driving from Gordon’s Bay to Strand. There is a shopping center across the street and on a weekend this place is buzzing

Driving to Hermanus we only needed to make a small detour to visit this relatively new Nando’s. It is pretty big, with a few big booths, there is a drive through if you are in a rush. The staff were all friendly, the service was quick and the food was everything Nando’s should be. Count yourself lucky if you live close and don’t waste the opportunity to go at least once a week.

Every time I come to this Nandos it's a disappointment, but I thought I'd try again one last time. Last time I ordered, my half a chicken meal was actually a quarter anorexic baby chick; this time I waited 20 minutes in an EMPTY drive through for a starter portion of livers - the staff were too busy talking to each other to hand me my food. Which was luke warm by then, because that's how long it was sitting there. I actually had to ask them for the food - we were waiting at the windows. Your service and quality has gone to the toilet, and this was the last straw.
