Clinix Victoria-Itokolle Private Hospital

Victoria hospital Mafikeng is extremely poor in service. If it was possible I would rate them at 0. They are worse than public hospital because they can't even treat illnesses. The only thing they know is claiming from medical aid. Not to mention that they will give you medicine that is even below standard. I truly expected a lot from them as a private hospital but was very disappointed.The one star is actually for appreciating the male nurse (forgot his name) and receptionist for being friendly and assisting fast.

Trash! They Discharged Me At 1am and Gave Me 2 Pain killers even though I was still in alot of pain. Went to gauteng mediclinic and got diagnosed with fibroid Tumors and have to get my Womb taken out. Sies they would've let me die. Don't go to Victoria!!! Rather go straight to klerksdorp or potch or even lichtenburg General hospital is a way better public hospital than the service and treatment you'll get at Victoria. Tomorrow I Wanna call my medical aid Cos they claimed I saw 3 doctors and I only saw 1 for less than 5 minutes.

Victoria hospital is the worst hospital ever. At first i had to fight for almost 2 hours so that they can admit my husband for the virus. He was sitting in the car for that long struggling to breathe. There was a guy DANIEL that was in the COVID WARD told me they were waiting for some bodies money before they open the file for this lady. I had to wait another hour to open up a file people just do not care about peoples lives. There was a very good lady that help me open up the file. The doctor in the ER was was not help full a the time he was very slap gat. If you do not want to be in the medical field resign let other people take over that want to save lives. Just do not be in it for the money. We are in a crisis lets help one another because the love ones cannot come visit make it pleasant for the patients. The ICU staff was very helpful high 5 for them. There is not a star available for VICTORIA HOSPITAL. The building looks like a gover ment hospital and they charge you medical aid rates SHAME ON YOU. I hope they see this i want feed back.

If it was possible I’d rate this hospital a 0 star. went for consultation today and I had to stay longer than anticipated the doctor was somewhat very rude and to think that so much money was paid is unacceptable when I went back to ask for the doctors name they say they don’t know him. The food given to me the meat was rotten and I told them that I have an allergic reaction to what they gave me and they say it’s normal.Where is professionalism in that?I’m done with this hospital.

The doctor gave me a referral to bophelong yoh imagine bra when I got to bophelong the nurse wrote on the referral letterI even pleaded with him (dr) to refer me somewhere not bophelong. Had to make calls to book outside of the city

The lady at the reception took time before assisting while I was in pain. I guess in future it helps to have someone opening the file for you while you wait to be seen by the doctor.

Victoria is good in making claims (deducting from medical aid) but not even treating the illness. Please share with me the email so I can provide a detailed pointed review.
