Clean rooms and friendly staff. Free Wifi and Open view television. Bed and breakfast. No hair dryer in room. Only 2 sachets of coffee, 2 of sugar and 2 cremora sachets, this means one cup of coffee each for the two of us. As we wanted coffee more than once while staying there we had to go find a shop to buy coffee and sugar.

Friendly staff, beautiful old furniture and antiques all around. Great food. Swimming pool, jungle gym for the kids and a place you are guaranteed to see the monkeys of Hogsback fooling around and playing in the trees

What a pleasure! the staff are very welcoming as well as accommodating. Would Recommend, Although the fire place did smoke, once we got the hang of it and controlled the coals it worked perfectly. The bedding is amazing! clean and fresh.

Me and my dad we had a lovely stay there. As we arrived we felt welcome and appreciated. The staff is very kind and helpful. If you ask them they will tell you what to to, recommend you places to visit and care about your safety. The food is very nice, the rooms as well, but it was a little bit cold. That’s obviously normal because the temperature outside wasn’t high. They made a fire for us so we could warm up, very kind of them. I’m still in contact with the lady and she is very helpful and nice:)

Very welcoming staff, friendly receptionist. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is thought of; heated blankets, heaters, a fire place inside and out, extra blankets and WiFi is available as there is very little reception up here. Cooking utensils available and braai equipment.We really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The Forest Restaurant gets 5 stars from our group. The food was amazing.Highly recommend. The new Chef is serving top class meals!

Hotel needs maintenance, room had a clogged drains, flooded the room. Staff were kind enough to give me another room. It's a good stay overall.

We spent a great weekend at the King's Lodge Hotel. Brent, the manager was super hands-on and very helpful, as were the other staff members. The breakfasts were really good. Well worth a visit.

What an awesome team running the Lodge, rooms are clean, the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I can recommend Kings lodge.
