Redone my whole clutch system in Sept 2022. Nov I couldnt select gears again. Was told my cable had to be adjusted, beginninf Feb 2023, yet again, same problem. Replaced my clutch cable and less than 2 weeks later, still cant change gears. Wasting money on ubering back and forth, petrol getting my car to and from. Calling is a waste of time. If the reception does answer (which is not very often) and transfers you to the manager, he never answers. You give your details for his to call you back, but never does. So chances are now I have to send my car in again and not have a car for 3days, and wont even give me a courtesy car! 4th time, same issue in 5 months. So now I have to lose out on another 3 days of works income because horrible service! Rather try Plumstead

I bought my car at HYUNDAI MILNERTON in 2018, I’ve been doing all my services there as well. When I did my service this year they had terrible terrible service. They ended with my vehicle after 4pm after saying by 3:30 I can collect my vehicle. When I checked the glove compartment 2 items were missing and stolen out of the compartment and all my papers were just thrown back in. I’m not sure why they needed to remove things from there let alone steal items. When I spoke to the manager he said there is nothing they can do apparently because there are no cameras and we signed a disclaimer not to hold them liable for missing items. Are they condoning stealing? Do they allow their employees to steal from customers and use the disclaimer as surety we as customers can do nothing? It really seems like it because the items were worth R1200 and who will replace them? They’ve lost me as a customer, and all future dealings I would have had with them are non existent now.

Worst service dealer ever. No return calls. They don't fix what you ask then to fix. They left a rag in the engine bay right by the fan belt and cambetl. That would have been an expensive repair. Get everything you say on paper and emailsNo R17k later the want me to pay en extra R3500 to fix something I asked them to fix initially. Pathetic.Rather take your car to the mechanic down the road. Costs a third of the price and you can at least have a conversation with themHyundai Paarden Eiland should close. Or restructure their staff and the way the staff handles the customers from the top downRediculous! Absolutely Rediculous!

I received my car back from Hyundai yesterday in a much worse condition than it was delivered in for a service and check 3 weeks ago. It had a gearbox failure (internal - most likely a factory fault) just over the 7 year warranty period. Which of course is a major financial cost to me; the dealership quote was very high with a 5 week time delay. We thus moved the car to a mechanic for an alternative quote and the car arrived with some parts missing, the engine unbraced, an open window (which appears to have been open for 2 weeks), damage to the wheel guards and knick on the seatbelt head.After paying a premium for dealership services for 7 years I am really shocked by this end to my Hyundai journey.I really would not recommend servicing your car here.
