This is my favorite gas station. Sounds funny but it has Seattle Coffee, Fast food, car wash mini Market. Plus it's always open and well stocked. Makes my life easy.

Used the car wash ..... what a disaster. Had to wait 1.5 hours to get into the wash section ?!I would have backed out but was trapped with a line of cars behind me.One person walking the the cars?? ..... if you cannot provide a reasonable service due to lack of staff rather close the the car wash ..... this was a prime example of total incompetence and SA ‘s readiness to accept pathetically bad service under the excuse it’s the holidays ? Close the place for everyone’s sake! There are people behind me waiting more than 1.5 hours! Get smart and tell people how long the wait will be so we have a choice.

Good car wash but supervisor who is supposed to move the cars holding up the process by always being missing. This makes the wait for the wash unbelievably long. Maybe replace him with someone who takes his job seriously and everyone will benefit.

Hein runs a business that makes you feel like you are visiting friends. All the staff are super friendly. I don’t go anywhere else in Knysna because I can get everything I need at Caltex... petrol, the best coffee in town, ice, hot food, car wash etc

Terrible service experience, they had an elderly man managing the car wash who was rude, condescending and unfriendly. They were short staffed and the wait was long for the few care bring assisted.The car was not dried properly especially in the crevices and after a short drive I had watermarks all over the car.

Excellent service! Staff is always friendly & helpful! Nice choice of Fresh Foods, Take-away Foods, Seattle Coffee, Ice Creams & Magazines. They also serve Soft Serve Ice-cream. The start & stop for cyclists. Also have a car wash. Make your next stop here at Caltex!
