Always fantastic service from Iron Lady! They operate in a timely manner, never had mixed laundry before. Shirts and pants and always ironed correctly!

They have the worst customer service ever!! Tabele Has a major attitude problem! I recently took my clothes in and had to wait a whole 20 mins before they woke up to help , as i was told i can wait it is lunch time. I asked why they didnt close if it was lunch time and was answered You take lunch at your work and do it your way" They always have attitude and act as if its a burden to work there! Management needs to do something ASAP"

I agree that they have an attitude problem - every time !My neighbor had a wodge of blue gum stuck between her ironed sheets !!Today I collected my new top which had had one wash but never been worn.It needed a cool ironI found two iron marks which looked as if they had tried to wash them out plus little holes in that area.I took it back to the shop where I bought it and another ironing shop and they both agreed that's what the marks looked like. An attempt to wash out a scorch markNot a word of apology. Just a flat denial and the man who was in charge there today( probably had never lifted an iron in his life ) kept repeating that the marks were not iron marks and nothing to do with them.This is a NEW top.
