Overall one of the best hardware stores for Parys. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.Open hours are great, they open on Sundays and holidays until 12pm which is great for those quick dashes whilst in the middle of a project.

We got all our equipment there but the chainsaw broke and we were informed that they don't do repairs and the chainsaw would be sent in for repairs for 2 weeks, from the manufacturer, I mean we were even told that equipment hardly ever goes back to them for repairs and I understand why

Excellent with friendly and helpful staff. They go the extra mile to look after your needs. The guys there even recommend tradesman, electrician, builder etc that they have had good service from.
