The venue is excellent. The view and ocean sublime. You have to pay extra on top of an already hefty bill( for locals)for oysters and crayfish. The food gets a 3/5 for me. The snoek and calamari, hake and yellowfish was good. The paella was awful. Koeksusters, okay. There is a lot of food. Meat dishes too. Can go on for hours. Its the experience you pay for. Something different. Would do it again. Worth the money. Get there early for dinner and watch the sunset..

Great fish! Definitely worthwhile if you are in the area. Actually worth the drive for the day. Amazing setting. And staff friendly too.

This is such a special place. Unlike any eating experience you have ever had. Right on the beach, friendly family vibes. Best food. This is a 3 - 4 hour eating and sensory experience. Best wine list. Visit at least once in your lifetime. This is a Bucket List situation... The highlight of the West Coast.

Really enjoyed my last night in Lambert's Bay at Muisbosskerm. The food is great and has that homey feel to it, like the home-made bread yum! In the holidays it can be a bit too busy, but luckily we went on a night where the holiday tourist already started fading. The view is amazing as you are sitting so close to the sea and the sunsets are breathtaking. Was definitely a highlight to my Lambert's Bay holiday. Also they had the best oysters that I had in a really long time! Just remember to pack something warm for when it gets late and booking is a MUST.
