I started my sessions with Melissa over a year ago. She introduced me to TRE and after a few sessions, I realized I was more confident in myself and could handle my daily tasks easier without feeling overwhelmed and anxious about my day ahead! We then moved to QEC which I can honestly say hugely helped me witn starting my own business and could see the positive effect it had on me and could feel the negatively that I felt towards the stress of owning my own business turn into a positive and feel excited for the future ahead!
