I requested a quotation for crating from Jan for goods that needed to be transported from Secunda to Durban. I received a response that evening requesting dimensions of 2 of the items which I duly supplied the same evening. A week later and still no quote, not even a response to say that they will get back to me.I hope they treat their existing customers better than that.

Friendly and helpful staff was looking for wood off cuts and they showed me the office and what can be done with wood off cuts, paneled the wall which gave a great rustic effect
