I had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Richter Realty and would not recommend their company. They were slow to respond to issues and deducted undiscussed cleaning charges from our deposit amounting to 380,000 zar even though we left the house in an acceptable state. The charges included weekend fees so that the new tenant could move in quickly and were needed because we hadn’t deep cleaned the oven and accidentally left an empty box in one closet. We felt their behavior was quite unreasonable and should have been discussed with us before hiring an outside company with such high rates when we could have easily resolved the issue ourselves if we had been notified. I would avoid Richter if at all possible and go with a different agency.

Just a poor unprofessional agency, would not recommend at all. George Richter had us waiting for almost 30mins just to not show up for a viewing.

Professional and reliable
