Hidden gem! Exceptional food, good service and excellent value for money. Their complimentary bread and hot sauce did not disappoint. Highly recommend the Queen Prawn platter, Chicken Curry and Lindt Chocolate milkshake (only R29!!)Most memorable dining experience in Cape Town. Will be back. (27/12/2019)

The restaurant came highly recommended & truly lived up to its reputation for great food & service!! We ordered a variety of meals & were not disappointed by any of them!! I would highly recommend the prawn curry, as well as the prawn cakes!! Absolutely delicious. In addition to the great food, the atmosphere in the restaurant was vibrant & lively with excellent service from staff!! I definite must if you're in the Blouberg area!!

Petiscos is an easy restaurant , nothing pretentious . The food is good and tasty. We had the Xai Xai Chicken , which was delicious, then prawn croquettes and soup with chorizo. It’s usually the place where we go with friends to spend fun time in company. If the venue was in a nicer area (instead of being in an industrial complex on a busy road) the whole experience could be great. The staff is precise and caring.

Simply unbeatable.. if you’re looking for an incredible Portuguese restaurant in Cape Town this is the real deal .. small and intimate… unpretentious and authentic. Highly recommend the XaiXai chicken, crab curry, Portuguese steak, Cod and prawn rissoles. I have made my way through the menu for years and Petiscos remains my restaurant of choice as they remain consistent with absolutely amazing service. Live music and the prawn special on Wednesdays is superb. Can never wait to return.

Great food. Great service, but when a hot beverage was spilled on my mother's head and face, all that was offered as an apology was a cup of coffee or dessert, which she definitely did not want. The least they could have done was give her a discount for the bill.I know accidents happen, but this could have been an extremely bad one as it was something hot.

Thank you always for the outstanding service and food and everything that you provided in the atmosphere I highly recommend some of my friends actually drive one hour to get to this restaurant so it’s one of a kind and I highly recommend it to all

The curry crab and the fish was delicious. The prawns and the chicken was disappointing. The chicken was a bit dry and the prawns lacked flavour. The location is above a shopping centre - no views. Inside and outside seating. Friendly service.
