Dont waste your time at this facility. 35 minutes from que to receiving order is not acceptable. Place seems very disorganized with staff falling over each other. Way to many people in the shop - not adhering to COVID requirements. Was also very surprised to see they are using Sir Juice and not fresh products!

We stopped here twice over the Dec '19 holidays to find the staff chilling out behind the counter - this wouldn't be an issue if the place was spotless. The next time we stopped there it was busy but customers were turned away because the card machine was offline (no sign was up to inform them of this before entering the shop -I've seen other Kauai's with a sign about card machine issues). Further to this there was an abundance or flies sitting on: the counter, the open salad items even on the signage - this might have been encouraged by the lack of air conditioning. Staff only informed us that some ingredients were out of stock after we had paid and were waiting for the smoothies to be made. When we swapped a NutMilk (R66) for a Mango Berry (R53), due to the lack of ingredients, the cashier at the time didn't realise there was a price difference and we had to ask her for the difference (she didn't update the slip - this might be the reason there are issues with ingredients). Very disappointing, as I truly enjoy Kauai.

Terrible service, the teller was on a call on louder speaker while trying to take my order. Then she didn't hear our order or questions regarding smoothies. Then they made the wrong smoothie and made us wait.

It’s okay! Not that great as other outlets. Staff still needs training. I had requested the coffee in takeaway cup and instead got in usual restaurant cup. The Mexican bowl wasn’t the same taste as other places!! Need to up your game.

Visited here today to get an experience and exposure of good quality and healthy food.The speed and friendliness was great, i enjoyed the employees enthusiasm.Upon eating my salad, i was disappointed with how big they left my salads leaves and pieces of chicken, how do they expect me to cut the chicken with the plastic fork provided.Otherwise it was decent and very flavourful. Ill definitely order again, just ask them to prepare it properly.

This is probably the worst Kauai ever, every shake I've tried is tasteless, the wraps as well! They need to improve on how they make their product. It's just plain bad if i could give it half a star I would

Thanks to ebucks. I'm here every month, at least once a month. The spicy burrito and salted caramel protein shake is my go to combo. They always get it right. Surprisingly delicious! And a peaceful place to eat in. Service is awesome

Good vibe, very neat and clean. Staff COVID observant, and sanitizer freely available. Don't try the Mango Lassi, it's not the nicest!
